Senior Health, Safety and Fire Consultant

We are recruiting a Senior Health, Safety and Fire Consultant to join a well-established specialist consultancy delivering risk, health, safety and fire services across a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential clients.
The organisation is recognised within the sector for its technical expertise and has received multiple industry awards for its work improving safety standards and risk management across the built environment.
This is an opportunity to lead meaningful safety projects, working with organisations that want to raise standards and create safer environments for employees, residents and the wider public.
The Role You will lead the delivery of health, safety and fire consultancy projects, supporting organisations in designing and implementing effective safety management systems while ensuring compliance with UK legislation.
The role combines technical consultancy, inspections and audits, working closely with clients to improve safety performance and manage risk across a variety of sectors.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality health, safety and fire consultancy to clients
• Design and implement health and safety management systems
• Conduct audits, inspections and risk assessments across residential and commercial environments
• Advise organisations on compliance with UK health, safety and fire regulations
• Manage projects and ensure delivery to agreed quality, time and budget standards
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements • Level 6 health and safety qualification (such as NEBOSH Diploma or NCRQ)
• NEBOSH Fire Certificate or equivalent fire risk assessment qualification
• Strong experience within health, safety and fire consultancy
• Extensive knowledge of UK HSF regulations and their practical implementation
• Strong report writing and stakeholder engagement skills
This role would suit an experienced consultant looking to work on diverse projects where they can genuinely influence safety standards and support organisations in managing risk effectively
