The Finance Analyst will play a pivotal role in providing financial insights and analysis to support decision-making within the organisation in Tamworth. This is a hybrid opportunity paying up to £55,000. Description Provide detailed financial analysis to support strategic decision-making processes. Prepare monthly management accounts, reports, and forecasts. Identify and analyse key financial trends, risks, and opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop budgets and financial plans. Support senior management with data-driven insights and financial modelling. Monitor and evaluate financial performance against budgets and forecasts. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. Assist in the development and implementation of financial systems and processes.Profile A successful Finance Analyst should have: A professional accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA or ACA) or be Qualified by Experience. Proven experience in financial analysis and reporting. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in financial modelling and data interpretation. Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial software. Excellent communication skills to present complex financial information clearly. A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement. Able to commute to our client's office in Tamworth. Job Offer Competitive salary between £50,000 and £55,000 per annum.
