Your responsibilities as Key Account Manager


  • Build and grow relationships with key customers across the forecourt and convenience sector
  • Develop and deliver joint business plans aligned to commercial targets
  • Lead negotiations on pricing, trading terms, and promotional activity
  • Manage account performance, including P&L and profitability targets
  • Translate strategy into clear actions for field teams to execute in-store
  • Analyse performance data and adjust plans to maximise revenue and ROI

What we’re looking for in a Key Account Manager


  • Previous experience in a Key or National Account role
  • Background within forecourt, convenience, or retail environments
  • Strong experience negotiating trading terms and managing account performance
  • Experience delivering promotional plans and driving in-store execution
  • Strong commercial and analytical capability
