Integration Manager (DMS)

We are delighted to be working with this Cambridge based tech company. They are recruiting for an Integration Manager (DMS) to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. Key responsibilities will include: * Managing and maintaining the DMS roadmap, ensuring alignment with business strategy * Leading partnerships initiatives, including vendor engagement * Leading the change management process * Supporting digital transformation initiatives * Providing guidance, insight and expertise to the leadership team regarding DMS direction * Ensuring compliance and data integrity * Working closely with a range of internal stakeholders to understand requirements * Troubleshooting the integrations between product and DMS The successful candidate will have: * Experience in similar role in the automotive industry * Experience working with Dealer Management Systems * Strong understanding of dealership operations and processes * Experience working with a ticket management system * Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills * Willingness to travel, when required * Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation * Ability to troubleshoot using XML, JSON, RESTful and SOAP APIs If this role looks like your next challenge, please contact Jamie ASAP or apply via this advert!
