This is also a key role for ensuring that every student can read, write and communicate with confidence. You'll will lead the development of a coherent, ambitious literacy strategy across the Academy, ensuring that literacy is embedded consistently in every subject and every classroom. You will work closely with the Head of English and senior leaders to drive improvements in teaching, learning and outcomes, with a particular focus on supporting disadvantaged pupils and those with SEND to access the full curriculum.
