Mobile Engineering Supervisor London/M25 Up to £55,000 An exciting opportunity for a Mobile Engineering Supervisor to provide M&E maintenance to commercial buildings across London.

This is a hand's on supervisor position.
Responsibilities: Managing planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance tasks.
Maintaining electrical and mechanical systems, including motors, pumps, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, fire alarms, emergency lighting, and BMS operation.
Ensuring all corrective/repair works meet safety regulations and compliance standards.
Coordinating with subcontractors and ensuring works are completed to a high standard.
Completing reports, logbooks, RAMS, and permits to work.
Liaising with tenants and client representatives regarding maintenance issues.
Supporting the wider building services team as required.
Requirements: City & Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
Proven experience in building services maintenance.
Experience supervising and leading a small engineering team.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise maintenance tasks. xwzovoh
