Commercial Gas Engineer Join our growing team of Engineers in the Northwest and help deliver a commercial council contract to the highest standard. What we offer: * Competitive salary of up to £45,000+ * 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays and an extra day off for your birthday * 39 Working Hours: Mon-Thurs 8am – 4:30pm, Fri 8am – 3:30pm * Company pension contribution * Company vehicle with personal use * Employee benefits * The opportunity to work on a variety of challenging and interesting projects, supporting the commercial side of our council contract What you'll get to do: * Support the sites in delivering building services planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance * Maintain, service, fault find, and test commercial gas and heating systems * Provide technical guidance on processes, procedures, statutory regulations, approved codes of practice, and HTMs * Deliver scheduled, reactive, and remedial maintenance services via the PPM schedule or as requested by the Help Desk or Service Managers * Work with and support the projects/construction team and technical services supervisor in identifying, scoping, and delivering minor capital works What we're looking for: * Current in-date domestic and commercial gas certification (essential) * Previous experience working within a building maintenance environment * Experience delivering maintenance services to a specification such as SFG20 If you're a talented engineer who's passionate about building maintenance and supporting the commercial side of a council contract, we want to hear from you
