Facilities Officer

Facilities Officer for Immediate Start Royal Greenwich Trust School is looking to appoint a dedicated and professional Facilities Officer to join our inclusive and forward-thinking school community. As a Facilities Officer, you will: * Play a vital role in ensuring school buildings and grounds are safe, secure, compliant and well‑maintained, supporting a positive environment for pupils, staff and visitors. * Deliver a wide range of facilities services including reactive and planned maintenance, porterage, minor repairs, janitorial support, and room, event and sports set‑ups. * Act as a keyholder, supporting site security and fire safety, including opening and closing the site, responding to emergencies, and monitoring access, parking and alarms. * Promote high standards of health, safety and safeguarding, working with contractors and colleagues to ensure compliance with Trust policies and statutory requirements. * Work flexibly as part of a supportive facilities team, using the CAFM system to respond to requests, liaise with staff and service providers, and contribute to continuous improvement across the Trust.
