What You'll Be Doing: * Supporting students with ASD, SEMH or PMLD across the school day * Helping out with interventions and small group work * Maintaining calm demeanour and being an adult the children can rely on and trust * Working alongside teaching and support staff to create a positive, structured environment What We're Looking For: * A Psychology degree (or relevant field) * A calm, flexible approach.
