About the Role We are recruiting experienced NMC-registered Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMNs) across the UK to join our nationwide team of Functional Assessors . This is an excellent opportunity for RMNs seeking predictable daytime hours, a more structured working environment, and clear professional developmentwhile continuing to use their clinical expertise in a meaningful and impactful way.
Full training is provided, and no prior Functional Assessor experience is required.

Hybrid working model , combining assessment centre duties with home-based reporting

What Youll Need Applicants must:
Be an NMC-registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
Have a minimum of 1 years post-registration UK clinical experience
Demonstrate strong clinical assessment skills and sound judgement
Be confident using digital systems in a hybrid working setting
