Seasonal Storeperson / Labourer – Carlisle, UK Contract: 12-month fixed term Location: Carlisle (7+ months) with detachment to other UK bases during off-season Hours: Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week Overview Volantes Technical Recruitment are seeking a Seasonal Storeperson / Labourer to support operations in Carlisle, with flexibility to assist across other UK bases during the off-season. This role combines hands-on stores responsibilities with a strong focus on working within digital systems and IT platforms. Key Responsibilities * Support day-to-day stores and warehouse operations * Assist with stock handling, movement, and organisation * Work within digital systems to manage inventory and records * Provide support across multiple UK bases as required during off-season periods Key Requirements * Strong IT skills are essential * Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is highly desirable * Alternatively, strong general IT capability (MS Office, confidence with digital systems) * Full UK driving licence * Based in or willing to relocate to the Carlisle area (own accommodation required) * Willingness to travel for off-season work (travel and accommodation provided) * Eligible to work in the UK Desirable Skills & Experience * Forklift licence * Dangerous goods handling experience * Previous stores or aviation experience (or transferable experience from other sectors)
