Higher Level Learning Support Assistant - Chelsea Location: Chelsea, London Start Date: ASAP Contract: Full-time, Long-term We are working with a prestigious secondary school in Chelsea who are seeking a dedicated Higher Level Learning Support Assistant (HLLSA) to join their team immediately. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting Year 7 transition, helping students settle into secondary school and providing targeted academic and pastoral support. The role includes: Supporting students transitioning into Year 7 Providing 1:1 and small-group learning support Supporting students with organisation, confidence and engagement Working alongside teachers, pastoral staff and the SEN team Monitoring student progress and supporting interventions The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience as an HLTA, Learning Support Assistant or Teaching Assistant Secondary school experience Experience supporting Year 7 students or transition Excellent communication and classroom management skills A positive, patient and supportive approach This is a fantastic opportunity to join a prestigious secondary school in Chelsea in a rewarding and potentially long-term position.
