Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer support to Japanese-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Handle customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues effectively to provide swift resolutions.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's products and services to assist customers accurately.
  • Document customer interactions diligently in the company’s CRM system for record-keeping.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improved service and share best practices.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
  • Contribute feedback and insights to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Fluent in Japanese, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a busy environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools.
  • A proactive attitude, ability to adapt, and eagerness to learn about new products and services.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece.
