Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer support to Japanese-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Handle customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues effectively to provide swift resolutions.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's products and services to assist customers accurately.
- Document customer interactions diligently in the company’s CRM system for record-keeping.
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improved service and share best practices.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
- Contribute feedback and insights to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Fluent in Japanese, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to customer service.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a busy environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools.
- A proactive attitude, ability to adapt, and eagerness to learn about new products and services.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece.
