Building Services Technician

Building Services Technician My client is currently recruiting for a building services technician for a University in Kingston.

You will have a trade qualification either electrical or mechanical, as well as a proven track record in commercial maintenance.

Sector: Commercial Maintenance Duties will include all ppm and reactive work, from checking lights, sockets, plant checks, checks on fan coils, temp tap test's, checks and tmv's , outside lighting checks and general maintenance duties.

Hours 7-3.30 Monday to Friday Salary 38K, with on call 1 in 8 (300.00) for being on call plus extra if called out.

Including 28 day plus 8 BH, 6% matching pension, use of company van when on call.
