Location: Eastham
Salary: £42,000 → £46,000 (after 3 months) → £50,276 (full rate)
Hours & Shifts:
45 hours per week
Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts
Rotating shifts: 6am–2pm, 8am–4pm, 10am–6pm, 2pm–10pm
1 Saturday every 6 weeks
Overview Outsource UK are recruiting for a Terminal Controller to support operations at a fuel storage site in Eastham. You'll be responsible for the safe and efficient receipt, dispatch, and transfer of products while ensuring full compliance with safety and operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities Supervise product receipt and dispatch
Support maintenance inspections and site housekeeping
Respond to emergencies and follow site emergency plans
Work in line with COMAH and safety regulations
About You Experience in fuel terminals or a similar process-led environment
Strong safety awareness and ability to challenge unsafe practices
Good communication and basic IT skills
Comfortable working outdoors and occasional xwzovoh lone working
