Residential Conveyancer Location: Great Yarmouth, Norfolk Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Residential Conveyancer - Great Yarmouth An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a well-established and highly regarded law firm based in Great Yarmouth. We are seeking a motivated and client-focused individual to manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion. This role offers the chance to join a supportive team with a strong local reputation and a steady flow of quality work. Key Responsibilities Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions including: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Remortgages Transfers of equity New build purchases Shared ownership matters Right to Buy transactions Providing high levels of client care throughout the conveyancing process Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements Maintaining accurate file management and case records About You The successful candidate will: Have proven experience handling residential conveyancing matters independently Be a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or an experienced Fee Earner with equivalent expertise Possess strong technical knowledge of residential property transactions Demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills Be able to manage a busy caseload effectively while maintaining attention to detail Have a proactive and client-focused approach What's on Offer?
