Mobile Maintenance Engineer

Mobile Maintenance Engineer London (M25) Monday to Friday £38,000 - £42,000 plus vehicle (personal use) We are looking to recruit a mobile maintenance engineer with a building services/facilities maintenance background to join a growing engineering business covering sites across London and carry out basic PPM’s within the commercial environments.  The role will have working alongside the trades and maintenance team assisting with all building services related tasks.  Responsibilities: General PPM’s Filter changing Basic plumbing Lamping Ballast replacement Emergency light testing Flushing test Basic fabric works Client liaison Requirements: Full Uk drivers licence  Experience of building service maintenance A recognised trade certificate (plumbing, carpentry, electrical) Professional attitude  Package: Company van Fuel card Company smartphone Plentiful overtime Internal training courses to upskill Company tablet Specialist tools – if required We act as an Employment Agency/Business with regards to this vacancy.
