Trainee/ Junior Electro Mechanical Assemblers Farnborough £14ph Trainee/ Junior Electro mechanical Assemblers Urgently required to work for a specialist engineering and manufacturing organisation based near Farnborough. This is a Trainee level role so no prior experience will be required, however key to this role will be a positive attitude, a want to learn, pick up new skills and progress within the business. You will be working closely with the Production Engineering and Quality teams to assemble mechanical and electro/mechanical assemblies from engineering drawings The role: Assembly of mechanical and electro/mechanical assemblies from drawings Soldering, wiring, crimping Using equipment including hand tools, power tools, torque tools, and assembly fixtures safely and correctly. Testing and inspection of assemblies Follow company quality standards, ISO procedures, and ESD control Ensure all work meets engineering specifications and customer requirements. Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work area in line with 5S principles Adhere to health & safety requirements, including safe handling of electrical components and tools. Full training provided on assembly, testing, ESD control and quality procedures Opportunity to progress to Skilled Assembler, Test Technician or Production Technician roles.
