Electrical Tutor / Assessor (Trainee or Qualified)

KM Recruitment is a specialist UK wide recruiter for the Skills and Employability sectors.   Job Title: Electrical Tutor / Assessor (Trainee or Qualified) Location: Cambridgeshire - Site/Field based (Must be flexible with travel)   Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 (Depending on skills and experience)   Package: Excellent Holiday Entitlement, Pension + Much More!   Type: Full-time, Permanent Unqualified Assessors will undergo training and support to complete an Assessor Qualification Essential Criteria: Must be a qualified Electrician, holding a minimum of a Level 3 (Domestic).  Must hold a minimum of 5 years' experience as an Electrician. Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people. Excellent communication skills. Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.Duties include: Deliver Electrical Installation/Maintenance Apprenticeships at Level 3, and relevant short courses, across practical and theoretical competencies. Assist with the development and implementation of learning resources.  Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress. Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
