Location: Weston-super-Mare (covering North Somerset, Bristol & Somerset)
Salary: £38,000 - £43,000 (depending on experience)
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

We are currently partnering with a specialist care provider to recruit an experienced Registered Manager for a residential service supporting adults with complex needs, including learning disabilities, autism, and associated mental health needs.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and compassionate leader to join a well-established organisation delivering high-quality, person-centred care within a therapeutic environment.

The Role
As Registered Manager, you will have full operational responsibility for the service, ensuring high standards of care, compliance, and team performance. You will work closely with senior leadership and clinical professionals to drive service quality and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading, managing, and developing a dedicated staff team
Ensuring full compliance with CQC regulations and legislative requirements
Promoting person-centred, outcome-focused care approaches
Managing service performance, resources, and budgets effectively
Building strong relationships with commissioners and external stakeholders
Overseeing audits, quality assurance, and service improvements
Supporting recruitment, training, supervision, and staff development
Participating in an on-call rota and providing leadership across a 24/7 service

About You
We are looking for a confident and experienced leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and achieving positive outcomes for individuals.
You will have:
A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Registered Manager
Strong experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex mental health needs
Proven leadership and team management experience
Sound knowledge of CQC standards and current legislation
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A flexible, resilient, and proactive approach
Commitment to continuous professional development
Requirements
Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care (essential)
Relevant experience working with complex needs (essential)
