Multiple BIM Technicians Needed An excellent opportunity has arisen for a BIM Technician to join a reputable building services consultancy, supporting the delivery of a range of education, commercial, healthcare and hotel projects. Our client is looking for BIM Technicians to join either their Birmingham, Leeds, Manchester or Newcastle office on a hybrid basis to play a key role in Revit modelling, BIM coordination and technical drawing production. Key Responsibilities Producing and developing BIM models using Autodesk Revit Supporting MEP coordination and BIM workflows Producing detailed technical drawings and design outputs Collaborating with engineers and multidisciplinary teams Supporting clash detection and coordination activities Ensuring models meet project standards and BIM protocolsKey Requirements Proven experience working as a BIM Technician or Revit MEP Technician Experience within building services / MEP projects Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit Understanding of BIM workflows and coordination processes Strong communication and teamwork skills What's On Offer £30,000 - £50,000 salary Hybrid working arrangement Opportunity to work on MEP and BIM-led projects Collaborative and supportive team environment Strong opportunities for career development and progression
