Job Title: Air Conditioning Engineer – £45,000 + Van + Overtime Location: Edinburgh / Fife & Surrounding Areas Salary: Up to £45,000 + Overtime + Company Van Are you an Air Conditioning Engineer looking for a stable role with strong earning potential and a varied portfolio of commercial sites? We’re recruiting for an experienced AC Engineer to join a growing FM provider covering contracts across Edinburgh, Fife and surrounding areas. The Role * PPM and reactive maintenance on air conditioning systems * Working on splits, VRV/VRF systems, AHUs and ventilation * Fault finding, repairs and remedial works * Attending breakdowns and emergency call-outs * Completing job reports and compliance paperwork * Working across commercial sites including offices, retail and healthcare Working Hours * Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm * On-call rota (occasional) * Overtime available Requirements * F-Gas certification * Experience within commercial maintenance / FM * Strong fault-finding ability * Full UK driving licence Desirable * VRV/VRF experience * IPAF / PASMA * Electrical knowledge What’s on Offer * Salary up to £45,000 * Overtime available * Company van + fuel card * 25 days holiday + bank holidays * Pension scheme * Private healthcare options * Ongoing training and development * Long-term, stable role Apply Apply now or get in touch for more information
