Job Title: Band 6 Intermediate Care Physiotherapist Specialism: Intermediate Care / Discharge Pathways Agency: Trident Healthcare Solutions Location: Hull (with travel across sites & patient homes) Contract Type: Locum Duration: ASAP for a Minimum of 5 Months Start Date: ASAP Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am–4pm Job Description Trident Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Band 6 Physiotherapist to join an Intermediate Care service based in Hull. The successful candidate will support discharge pathways (including DT2A) and manage a varied caseload across multiple community sites and patient homes. A car is essential for this role.
