Complex Needs Teaching Assistant – Warrington Pay: £90–£110 per day TeacherActive is working closely with a specialist SEN setting in the Padgate area of Warrington to recruit a Complex Needs Teaching Assistant to support pupils with complex autism. This specialist provision supports children and young people with a range of additional needs, with a strong focus on autism. The school offers a structured, nurturing environment with small class sizes, personalised learning plans, and a multi-disciplinary approach to supporting pupils’ educational, emotional, and social development. Staff work closely as a team to create a calm, supportive, and consistent learning environment.
