Are you a Warranty Administrator? Have you got experience working within a service department, dealing with engineers and warranty? My client who is a leading UK engineering and services group specialising in water management and infrastructure solutions are looking for a Warranty Administrator.   Warranty Administrator Permanent Monday – Friday 8am-4pm Gloucester Warranty Administrator Job Description Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the warranty process, handling enquiries, managing expectations and keeping them updated through to resolution. Manage warranty claims from initial notification through to close-out, gathering the required product, installation, service and fault information to support a quick and accurate assessment. Coordinate engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and replacement parts, ensuring site access, permits, RAMS and other required information are in place before visits. Monitor outstanding claims and keep business systems updated, ensuring actions, customer communications and documentation are accurately recorded and easy to track. Work closely with Technical, Quality, Product, Sales and Engineering teams to resolve issues, quality check engineer reports and provide customers with the relevant documentation following attendance.  Warranty Administrator Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications Confident using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook, with good general IT skills. Well organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Previous administration experience, ideally within a service, engineering or technical environment. Clear and professional communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service and building good working relationships.
