Nursing Home Manager Holt, Norfolk (NR25) Full-time | Competitive Salary around £90,000 + Bonus + Benefits We are recruiting for an experienced and passionate Nursing Home Manager to lead a well-established service in Holt. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong leader who is committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care while driving service improvement and maintaining full regulatory compliance. The Role As Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of the service, ensuring the home operates effectively, safely, and in line with regulatory standards. You will lead from the front, supporting your team to deliver exceptional care while maintaining a positive and inclusive working environment.
