• AssocRICS or MRICS qualification
• Minimum of five years experience carrying out Level 2 residential surveys
• Confidence surveying post war and modern housing stock
• Comfortable specialising in Level 2 surveys long term
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong professional and ethical standards aligned with RICS guidance
• Comfortable using iPad based inspection and reporting systems
• Full UK driving licence

• Undertake Level 2 Home Surveys on standard good quality residential properties
• Complete a consistent number of surveys each week
• Use an iPad based system to produce clear professional reports
• Organise and manage site visits within an agreed geographic area
• Liaise professionally with clients when required
• Maintain high standards of accuracy consistency and professionalism
