Join a busy boutique hotel with a small, dedicated brigade. No split shifts. 45-hour contract. We are looking for a Sous Chef to support the Head Chef across à la carte service, events, and weddings.
We are partnering with a boutique hotel to recruit a Sous Chef. This is a hands-on role in a supportive kitchen environment.
The Role:
Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
Oversee service across breakfast, lunch, and dinner
Assist with events including meetings, private dining, weddings, BBQs, and buffets.
45-hour contract – no split shifts
Shift patterns: 11am-8pm, Midday-close (9:30-10pm), or 2pm-close (varies by business needs)
The Ideal Candidate:
Experienced Sous Chef or strong Senior CDP ready to step up
Comfortable working in a small, hands-on team
Able to manage events and busy service periods xwzovoh
Organised, reliable, and calm under pressure
