Mechanical Maintenance Engineer | Shift Role - Days and Nights | Static Site - Romford | £52,000 + Paid overtime & Employment Package | Datacentre Environment We are actively recruiting for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to carry out planned maintenance (PPMs), reactive maintenance and remedial works within a highly critical datacentre environment based in Romford, East London / Essex. As the Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you will be part of a large team, working on equipment such as Air Handling Units (AHUs), Fan Coil Units (FCUs), Computer Room Handling Units (CRAH units), Computer Room Air Conditioning systems (CRAC units), Pressurisation Units, Pumps, Valves, Expansion Vessels, Chillers, Cooling Towers, Heat Exchangers, Chilled Water Systems etc. Employment Package: * Role: Mechanical Maintenance Engineer * Status: Permanent, PAYE * Hours: Continental Shifts - Days & Nights: 6 on, 4 off, 4 on, 6 off, 4 on, 4 off. * Salary: £52,000 * Paid overtime available. * Company funded training and development: MPS AP, HVAP, LVAP, dual qualified etc. * Industry leading service provider with vast amount of Datacentre Contracts for internal progression. * Free on-site parking. Requirements: * Must hold experience carrying out a mechanically biased maintenance position within commercial environments. * Must have a strong understanding of mechanical building services plant equipment / plant rooms. * Experience within datacentres would be advantageous but not essential.
