SEND Support Worker
PMLD / Complex Needs
Full Time- term time only ( permanent opportunity)

We are currently recruiting for a full-time SEND Support Worker to join a specialist school in Doncaster supporting students with severe, complex and PMLD needs.
This is a long-term opportunity with the potential to go permanent, ideal for someone looking for stability and meaningful work within a highly supportive environment.
The Role:
Supporting students with profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD)
Working with non-verbal students, using alternative communication methods
Providing personal care support where required
Assisting with moving and handling (hoisting – full training provided)
Supporting students across a through school setting (Early Years to Post-16)
Working closely with experienced staff in a structured, specialist environment
This role would suit:
Support workers / care workers (adult or children’s services)
Candidates with PMLD, complex needs, or high SEND experience
Individuals confident with personal care and physical support
People looking to move from care into education
Resilient, patient, and committed individuals
