Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor - up to £90K - Hybrid Our client is a fast growing, award-winning contractor delivering high quality projects across care home and multi-room sectors and now seek a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team and perform exemplary commercial duties for their clients. The Role * You’ll play a key role in the successful commercial delivery of projects from pre-construction through to final account, working closely with project teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered profitably and efficiently. * This is an opportunity to join a business where your contribution will have real impact and where there is genuine scope to progress as the company continues to grow. Responsibilities * Manage project costs throughout the full project lifecycle * Prepare valuations, budgets, forecasts, and final accounts * Procure, negotiate, and manage subcontractor packages * Monitor commercial performance and identify risks and opportunities * Work collaboratively with operational teams to maximise profitability * Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders * Support accurate reporting and financial control across multiple projects About You * Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry. * Ideally experienced in Later Living projects or multi-room project new builds. * Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills * Good understanding of construction contracts and cost management * Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills * Highly organised with excellent attention to detail * Ambitious, driven, and eager to develop within a high performing business
