This Machine Operator role offers a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing manufacturing team. About the Machine Operator Role As a Machine Operator, you’ll be responsible for operating production machinery, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring smooth manufacturing processes. This is a hands-on Machine Operator position in a fast-paced production environment, ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career. Key Responsibilities As a Machine Operator / Production Operative, you will: * Set up and operate production machinery * Monitor output and carry out quality checks * Clean and maintain machines and work areas * Record production data (materials, quantities, timings) * Report faults or breakdowns to the supervisor * Support continuous improvement across the production line * Follow all health & safety procedures About You We’re looking for a Machine Operator or Manufacturing Operative who has: * Experience as a Machine Operator, Production Operative, Print Operator, or similar * Strong attention to detail * Ability to follow instructions and processes * Basic computer/IT skills * A reliable, team-focused attitude * Willingness to learn and develop new skills Full training is provided, making this a great opportunity for semi-skilled candidates to progress into a Machine Operator role.
