What We Offer: * Competitive salary £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (£673 - £769 per week) plus bonus opportunities * Ongoing professional development and training programmes * Supportive team environment with clear career progression pathways What We’re Looking For: * Proven experience as a MET Technician, Panel Technician or Multi-Skilled Vehicle Technician * Strong knowledge of modern vehicle systems across multiple manufacturers * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * High attention to detail and pride in your workmanship * Relevant qualifications (IMI, NVQ, ATA) preferred but not essential * Full UK Driving Licence Key Responsibilities: * Diagnose, repair and restore vehicles to manufacturer standards * Carry out mechanical, electrical, trim and panel repairs including welding and metal finishing * Work efficiently across a range of makes and models * Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards INDPER
