Pre-Construction Manager (Remediation / Building Safety) 📍 Hertfordshire Office (Hybrid incl 1 day WFH) 💰 Circa £85k (flexible) A specialist building safety and remediation contractor is looking to appoint a Pre-Construction Manager to lead their growing pre-construction function. The business has secured major remediation programmes with large residential developers and is delivering projects across London and the South East ranging from £1m – £40m. The Role You’ll oversee the pre-construction process and manage the technical coordination of remediation schemes before they go to site.
