Designer - Cladding / Roofing / Hard Metals - Hertfordshire/Essex The Company My client are a specialist contractor delivering high-quality external envelope solutions, including façade systems, roofing, structural framing and cladding packages, across a diverse range of construction projects. The Role - Designer (Cladding/Roofing) * Ensure all construction drawings and designs are produced on time, to a high quality standard. * Manage the development and implementation of design proposals and ensure they meet the client’s expectations. * Adhere to budget constraints to maintain developed design as financially viable. * Present proposals for approval to the client. * Oversee the design process using technical expertise. * Maintain thorough documentation of the design and development. Complying to ISO9001. Hard metal Roofing and/or Flat Roofing and Cladding Design Experience 5 + years preferrable. Designer - Cladding / Roofing / Hard Metals - Hertfordshire/Essex
