Occupational Therapist - Learning disabilities and Autism/Mental Health £35.00 per hour | West Suffolk Overview I am currently recruiting for an Occupational Therapist to work with my client in Suffolk. You will be working in the Learning disabilities and Autism/Mental Health team. The contract is 37 hours per week. 2-3 days office, 2 days WFH. This is initially a 6-month contract. Main Duties Providing safe and timely delivery of front-line occupational therapy services within the directorate Supporting with triage and reducing duplication between health and social care to reduce OT waiting lists. Supporting external care providers to ensure correct and safe moving and handling tasks. Completing reviews of care packages to ensure best value of services for ASC and best use of available equipment Reviewing double handed care packages Reviewing waking night Reviewing packages of care Mutual aid to other OT areas as required Provide safe and timely delivery of OT assessments and reviews across the directorate.Requirements At least 1 years postgraduate experience HCPC registered Bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy recognised by relevant professional bodies.
