Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons that meet a range of learning needs Foster a positive, respectful classroom culture that encourages participation and curiosity Monitor, assess, and track pupil progress through observations, assessments, and feedback Communicate clearly and professionally with parents, pupils, and colleagues Work collaboratively with fellow teachers to share best practice and enhance outcomes Use effective behaviour management strategies to maintain a calm, focused learning environment Take part in professional development to stay up to date with educational approaches✅ What We're Looking For A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS - required) Previous primary teaching experience is welcomed, but not essential Strong communication and classroom management skills Organised, proactive, and adaptable teaching style A genuine passion for working with children and helping them succeed Ability to tailor lessons to suit different learning styles and abilities💼 Role Details Job Type: Supply Pay: From £140 per day (minimum) Schedule: Monday to Friday Day shifts only No weekends School holidays off Start Date: ASAP Location: In person Requirements: Bachelor's degree (required) Minimum 1 year teaching experience QTS (required) If you're an enthusiastic educator ready to make a meaningful difference in the classroom, we'd love to hear from you.
