Product Manager

We’re hiring for a Product Manager to take ownership of a global product range within a specialist engineering business based in Stockport. This is a commercial, technically influenced role focused on product performance, pricing, and development, working closely with engineering, sales and marketing to drive growth across international markets. What’s on offer? * £65,000 per year * Hybrid working (3 days office, 2 days WFH) * Opportunity to shape and grow a global product portfolio * Exposure to international markets and projects * ~20% travel (including trade shows) * Clear progression within a growing business What will you be doing as a Product Manager? * Managing the full product lifecycle from development through to market * Driving new product development (NPI) and continuous improvement * Setting and managing pricing strategies and margins * Working closely with engineering to define product specifications * Conducting market research and competitor analysis * Translating customer needs into commercial product opportunities * Supporting sales and marketing with product positioning and launches * Monitoring performance through KPIs, data and reporting What will you need? * At least 3+ years’ experience in Product Management * Background in manufacturing, engineering, or tangible products * Strong commercial awareness (pricing, margin, product performance) * Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, sales and marketing * A hands-on, proactive approach to product development and improvement Interested?
