Provide expert guidance on employee relations and performance management.
Partner with leadership teams to drive organisational change and development.
Manage talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Oversee employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Analyse HR metrics to identify trends and develop actionable insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver HR projects effectively.Profile
A successful Senior People Partner should have:
A strong background in human resources within the retail industry.
Proven expertise in employee relations and organisational development.
Experience in leading change management initiatives.
Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

The ability to analyse data and provide strategic recommendations.
