Gas Engineer

Job Description: Fraser Edwards are currently recruiting a Gas Engineer for a well-established and growing Social Housing Contractor. Due to continued expansion, the business is strengthening its Gas Team, presenting a great opportunity to join a successful and forward-thinking organisation. Key Responsibilities * Servicing, repairing, and maintaining gas boilers, cookers, and gas fires * Carrying out annual gas safety checks in occupied social housing properties * Fault finding and breakdown repairs on domestic gas appliances * Ensuring all work complies with current Gas Safe regulations * Completing job sheets, certificates, and compliance documentation accurately * Providing a professional and customer-focused service to tenants * Working independently to manage daily workloads and appointments Requirements * ACS Gas qualifications including CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1 (or equivalent) * Proven experience working on boilers, cookers, and gas fires * Previous experience within social housing or domestic gas work preferred * Full UK driving licence * Strong knowledge of gas safety and industry compliance standards What’s on Offer * Bonus Scheme * Company van and fuel card * Overtime and on-call opportunities * Pension scheme and holiday entitlement * Ongoing training and development opportunities Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Work Location: In person
