Location: Commutable to Hull
Remuneration: £40,000 - £45,000neg + Annual Bonus

The role of the Electrical Estimator M&E will involve:
Estimator role dealing with a range of electrical installation services for predominantly the commercial & industrial market sectors
Gain an understanding of project requirements through drawings, specifications, tender documents and client liaison
Analyse project plans and perform quantity take-offs to accurately estimate labour, material, equipment and subcontractor costs
Obtain and evaluate competitive quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
Prepare detailed cost estimates, tender submissions and proposals in line with client requirements
Liaise with clients, suppliers and internal teams throughout the estimating process
Maintain accurate records of estimates, bids, pricing information and project documentation
Support cost control initiatives and prepare reports for management review and decision-making
The ideal applicant will be an Electrical Estimator M&E with:
Must have Estimating experience within the Electrical market sector
May be open to a candidate with Electrical experience looking to step up into an Estimator role
Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and standards
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal xwzovoh
Capable of building and maintaining long term relationships with clients
Resilient, hardworking attitude
Full UK driving license
Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
