The Role - Assistant Quantity Surveyor My client are looking for an experienced AQS to join the commercial team, working closely with the Surveying Director. You will be responsible for: * Assisting in the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents * Support the management of subcontractor packages, including procurement, valuations, and payments * Monitor project costs and report on cost variations and financial performance * Support the commercial team in contract administration and ensuring compliance with contract terms **Previous experience in an AQS role in the construction industry is essential** This is a great opportunity to work in a close-knit team, with real progression opportunities.
