The Role

Working alongside top talent from Magic Circle and US firms and you can look forward to running your own cases as well as assisting and learning from talented solicitors and partners.

The successful business crime lawyer can look forward to working on cases across all business crime issues including:

• Multi-jurisdictional criminal and financial regulatory investigations
• Fraud
• Bribery and corruption
• Cartels and competition
• Tax
• Economic sanctions
• Private prosecutions and restraint and confiscation

The team have unparalleled expertise in related public law matters, such as economic sanctions, Interpol Red Notices and extradition proceedings in the UK and beyond.

You will also work closely with the firms award winning fraud and commercial disputes team as there is often cross over on cases.

The Requirements

The successful solicitor will have experience in business crime/white collar crime and be really passionate about specialising in this area. You may be at a larger firm in a role working across business commercial and commercial disputes or in a small firm already specialising in this area and looking for a new challenge.
