Electrical Wireman Sparkford | £14.50-£15.00 per hour DOE | Monday-Thursday 7:30am-4:30pm, Friday 7:30am-1:30pm | Full-Time Introduction Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for skilled Electrical Wiremen to join a well-established and growing engineering company in Sparkford. Known for designing and manufacturing specialist incubation systems for the global poultry industry, this business offers a stable and forward-thinking environment with excellent long-term prospects. Key Duties Carry out electrical panel wiring and assembly. Assemble cable looms and wiring systems. Install and wire electrical control systems. Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and wiring schedules. Perform soldering and crimping tasks, including bootlace ferrules, insulated crimps, and lug crimps. Work to production deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. Support general electrical and mechanical assembly tasks as required. Requirements Previous experience in panel building and wiring is preferred. Experience with cable loom assembly. Knowledge of crimping techniques and components. Good soldering skills. Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and schematics. Experience within a production or manufacturing environment. Personal Attributes Positive and proactive "can-do" attitude. Strong attention to detail. Willingness to learn and develop new skills. Good communication skills and ability to raise queries when needed. Dedicated and committed to continuous improvement.
