A leading UK law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Immigration Associate to join its established Business Immigration team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a highly regarded practice advising a broad client base, including fast-growing businesses and multinational organisations.

The role

You will advise on a wide range of UK business immigration matters, supporting clients with both strategic and day-to-day immigration needs. The work is varied, client-facing, and offers exposure to complex and high-quality matters.

Key responsibilities include:

• Advising on UK business immigration law and the points-based system
• Managing sponsor licence applications and ongoing compliance
• Handling visa applications (including Skilled Worker and other work routes)
• Supporting clients with right to work processes and Home Office compliance
• Advising on audits, renewals, and risk management
• Working closely with HR teams on international recruitment strategies
• Contributing to client training and business development initiatives

About you

• Qualified solicitor (or equivalent) with experience in UK business immigration
• Strong knowledge of the points-based immigration system
• Experience advising corporate clients on sponsorship and compliance

• Strong communication skills and ability to build client relationships
