The Role You’ll work closely with teachers and school staff to support pupils with a variety of academic, social, and behavioural needs. Every day will bring new challenges and experiences, but your impact will be felt consistently. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting pupils during lessons to maintain focus and engagement Assisting with literacy and numeracy activities Promoting positive behaviour through clear expectations and consistency Helping to create a structured, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment Collaborating with teachers and staff to support pupil development and progress This is a practical, people-focused role where you’ll play a key part in pupils’ day-to-day success. We’re looking for individuals who are: Calm, dependable, and resilient Positive role models with a confident and approachable manner Flexible and open to working across different school environments Strong communicators who work effectively as part of a team Experience in education, childcare, coaching, youth work, or care is advantageous, but not essential.
