Woole and Scarra is supporting a friendly, well-established dental clinic near Basingstoke in finding an Associate Dentist to join their welcoming team.

The role

This is a great opportunity to join a busy and supportive practice for 2–3 days per week. You will step into a stable, well-looked-after patient list with a steady flow of new patients.

The role offers a nice mix of NHS and private work, with real scope to grow your private income, especially in areas like Invisalign and cosmetic dentistry.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality NHS and private dental care
• Take time to understand patients and build trust
• Offer a range of treatments including general, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry
• Identify and discuss suitable private treatment options
• Maintain clear and accurate digital records
• Work closely with hygienists and in-house specialists

The person

• Holds an active NHS Performer Number
• GDC registered with valid indemnity insurance
• Brings a positive and approachable manner
• Interested in or experienced with Invisalign
• Enjoys working as part of a team
• Has the right to work in the UK
• Will complete an enhanced DBS check before starting
