What you'll do- Lead and develop a small team of consultants, supporting performance, growth, and wellbeing
- Oversee end to end consultancy delivery, ensuring high quality implementations aligned to scope
- Act as the senior escalation point, resolving complex technical and functional challenges
- Manage team capacity, workload, and utilisation across multiple projects
- Drive continuous improvement of delivery standards, tools, and best practices
- Collaborate closely with project leadership to ensure clear communication, governance, and successful outcomes
- Proven experience delivering complex SaaS, HRIS, or payroll implementations
- Strong expertise in solution design, configuration, and/or data migration
- Hands on experience with payroll and HRIS systems
- Effective leadership, coaching, and clear communication skillsStrong analytical mindset with excellent problem solving ability
- High attention to detail with a focus on quality documentation
- Commercial awareness of scope, effort, and delivery best practice
- Familiarity with delivery tools and methodologies (e.g. Freshdesk, ClickUp, Toggl)
