About the Role This is an exciting opportunity to be part of Norfolk's newly implemented Family Help model, a progressive approach aligned with the National Children's Social Care Review (2022) and Stable Homes Built on Love (2023). You will work within a multi-disciplinary team focused on early intervention, relationship-based practice, and achieving sustainable outcomes for children and families.
