Job Title: Nights Production Manager Location: Stoke-on-Trent Shift: Nights - Monday to Thursday Salary - £50,000 - £55,000 + up to 25% annual bonus Overview: We are currently recruiting for a Nights Production Manager on behalf of a well-established and growing food manufacturing business based in Stoke-on-Trent. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced production professional to take ownership of night shift operations within a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee and manage all production activities during the night shift * Ensure production targets and KPIs are consistently achieved * Lead, motivate, and develop a team to maintain high performance standards * Monitor quality, safety, and hygiene standards, ensuring full compliance * Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives * Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operational flow * Manage staffing levels, training, and performance on shift Requirements: * Previous experience in a production or manufacturing management role * Strong leadership and team management skills * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment * Good understanding of health & safety and quality standards * Excellent problem-solving and organisational abilities * Flexible and adaptable approach to work What’s on Offer: * Competitive salary (dependent on experience) * Opportunity to join a reputable and growing organisation * Supportive working environment with opportunities for progression If you are an experienced production leader looking for your next challenge on a night shift, we would love to hear from you.
